*An accompanying person is not allowed to access the Conference apart from the Opening and Closing Sessions. Only one accompanying person can be registered per delegate. Please contact the Conference Secretariat at registration@omanrheumatology.org should you wish to register for the accompanying person.
On Cancellation and Substitutions, please read below carefully:
- Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
- Cancellation may be accomplished before 26 August 2024 with a full refund, minus a 30% administration charge.
- Notification of cancellation received after this date will be responsible for the full registration fee.
- Substitutions will be accepted no later than 26 August 2024. Please submit the name of your substitute to registration@omarheumatology.org
